Delivery and Refund Policy

The following policies apply only to Floral Scent orders placed on floralscents.net.

Delivery

We ship most products adhering to the delivery date specified in order. While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival date, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.  Major holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day will NOT have timed delivery unless okayed by Floral Scents and an additional fee of $25.00 is paid in addition to the original delivery fee specified. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) as flowers and plants that remain outside are more likely to have reduced quality and a shortened life. 

COIVD protocol dictates that we leave product at residence and call to let them know we left a delivery for recipient.

Inclement weather dictates that if the recipient is not at home, and there is not a covered safe place to leave arrangement, we will return to the shop with the product and call recipient to let them know we have a delivery for them and when would be the best time to redeliver, when someone is there to recevice product.

Refunds

Refunds and Cancellations - If we have begun preparing your flowers, your purchase is final and nonrefundable. No Product may be returned or refunded except for Damaged Products. If we have not begun preparing your flowers, your purchase may be refundable at Floral Scent’s discretion. You may email customerservice@floralscents.net or call 781-821-5500 to expedite your request to cancel your order. Prepaid and Gift Subscriptions are one-time transactions that cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exchanges - We do not accept any Product exchanges. Damaged Products - If the Product arrives damaged, Company will provide a replacement product if the original product is returned by you and received by Company OR a photograph showing damage is received by Company within 3 days of original delivery date. Provided that Company confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with this Agreement, your sole remedy is that we will send a replacement Product. In the event that Company is unable to provide a replacement Product or if replacement is not requested by Customer, Company may at its sole discretion elect to refund the credit card, debit card, Paypal account, or other payment method used for purchase in the original amount of the purchase. If a replacement Product is issued, we cannot guarantee that the replacement Product will contain exactly the contents or will have the same theme as the originally provided Product.
